ABOUT THE OWNER

  • Cinch Property Management & Build makes monthly donations to NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness. The owner Delfonce Waqia is currently a Support Group Facilitator for the NAMI Washington State, Eastside Affiliate.

  • From 1988-1990 Delfonce Waqia attended Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA.

  • From 1996-2003 Mr. Waqia as a licensed series 6 & 63 Financial Planner, worked as a Sales Assistant, Operations Generalist, and Wire Operator for Salomon Smith Barney, Lehman Brothers, and Chase Hambrecht & Quist, respectively.  He was responsible for: cultivating business relationships, overseeing institutional and private client DVP accounts (equity & debt), and for performing buy and sale trade transactions with NYSE and OTC trading desks.  For Money Concepts International, Mr. Waqia developed customized financial plans for business clients, and assisted in client retirement needs and development.

  • In 2009 Mr. Waqia completed a 4-year apprenticeship program with The Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California, and journeyed out as a Union Journeyman Carpenter with Carpenters Local 713 in Hayward CA.

  • As a Project Foreman, he executed such projects as: Building Exterior Retrofits; Custom Door & Hardware Install / Building Interior Finish & Trim (For 5 Story, New Construction Apartment Building with 263 Units); Elevator Stairwell (Construction and Finish); General Construction and Renovations.

  • Mr. Waqia is also OSHA 10 personally licensed.
